Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Krazy! By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Krazy: Refers to our company, including all subsidiaries and related entities.

  • Client: The individual or entity using Krazy's services.

  • Services: Includes but is not limited to digital assistance, outsourcing, call center operations, marketing, relocation assistance, and any other offerings provided by Krazy.

2. Scope of Services 

Krazy provides remote-first, affordable solutions tailored to your business needs. Our services are delivered based on the scope agreed upon in written contracts, proposals, or other official correspondence.

3. Fees and Payment 

Travel Costs: Any travel expenses incurred for providing on-site services will be billed separately and must be reimbursed by the client.

Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance. Late payments are subject to a 5% penalty per month.

 

3. Confidentiality 

Both Krazy and the client agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the services private and secure. Confidential information may not be shared without prior written consent, except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property 

All deliverables provided by Krazy, including but not limited to designs, marketing materials, and documents, remain the intellectual property of Krazy until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Responsibilities of the Client 

5.1 Provision of Information: The client agrees to provide all necessary information, documents, and resources needed for Kercova to deliver the agreed services.

5.2 Timely Feedback: The client must provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

6. Limitations of Liability

Krazy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Krazy’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination 

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 60 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under Swiss law.

9. Governing

Law These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal action will be brought in the courts of Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms 

Krazy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
